No one wants bad news after the bump-in.
As an event professional, you know that success is in the detail—and that means making sure safety isn’t the thing that unravels your show once doors open.
Beaspoke Safety helps you get ahead of the issues before they become headlines. We ensure your on-site and workplace safety systems don’t just meet compliance—they raise the bar.
With deep experience across all levels of event production and management, we work with you to find the safety solutions that match your event’s tone, scale, and complexity—without killing your creative or blowing your budget.
We offer support with:
Whether you need a full overhaul or just expert eyes on what’s already in place, we’ve got you covered—so you can focus on delivering a safe, seamless event.
Policies and procedures are your safety backbone.
Your WHS / OHS policies and procedures are more than just paperwork—they’re the foundation of your organisation’s safety culture. They guide your logistics, shape your operations, and set the standard for how your team, suppliers, and stakeholders manage risk and compliance.
At Beaspoke Safety, we work with you to make sure those documents aren’t just legally sound—they’re actually useful.
No copy-paste templates. No pointless padding. Just real, manageable frameworks that reflect how your business actually operates.
We help you:
Good safety systems start with good foundations. Let’s make sure yours are built to last.
How do you know if your safety systems stack up?
Beaspoke Safety offers Gap Analysis to review your existing OHS/WHS systems and confirm whether you're on the right track—or highlight where things need tightening up.
Using our deep knowledge of safety legislation and best practice, we assess your current setup to quickly identify gaps, outdated content, or missing elements.
We review:
You’ll receive a clear, actionable report—complete with photos where relevant—outlining what needs urgent attention and what can be phased in over time.
Whether you’ve got policies in place and want a second opinion, or you're playing catch-up with current legislation, we’ll help you build a system that’s both compliant and practical.
Is your back-of-house as safe as your bump-in?
You put everything into delivering a safe event onsite—but are your everyday operations just as covered?
Offices, warehouses, storage yards, and prep spaces are often forgotten when it comes to WHS compliance. But these are still workplaces—and the risks are real. Heavy lifting, electrical hazards, vehicle movements, poor storage systems… the list adds up fast.
Beaspoke Safety offers targeted workplace safety audits to help identify hazards at your base of operations and prevent them from turning into costly problems down the track. We understand the unique pace and pressures of the events industry, so our advice is always practical and tailored to how you actually work.
We’ll help you:
Because hazard prevention doesn’t stop at the venue—it starts wherever the work begins.
Risk management only works when its real
A tick-box risk assessment won’t protect your team—or your reputation. To truly manage risk, you need plans developed by competent people, with attainable, effective control measures that actually reflect your event environment.
Beaspoke Safety understands the legal and operational pressures you face. We know WHS legislation across Australia, and we cut through the noise to give you practical, common-sense advice that protects your staff, your contractors, your audience—and you.
The documentation we create with you is logical, methodical, and designed so you can understand it and own it.
To support your risk management planning, we offer:
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach—we tailor everything to suit your event, your site, and your crew.
Contractor safety starts with knowing who you are dealing with
Every event relies on contractors—but not every contractor takes safety as seriously as you do. And when something goes wrong, it’s your event, your reputation, and your legal responsibility on the hook.
As the principal contractor, you have a WHS obligation to manage the health and safety risks of every third-party provider and their subcontractors. That’s where Beaspoke Safety steps in.
We don’t build fancy software—but we’ll work with you to set up a contractor compliance process that works for your event, your team, and your risk level.
Whether it’s a festival, expo, market, or community event, we’ll help you get the right systems in place to:
We draw on years of experience managing contractors ourselves—so we know what’s reasonable, what’s overkill, and what works under pressure.
This isn’t about bureaucracy. It’s about protecting your event, your people, and your peace of mind. Because chasing paperwork after an incident is too late.
Site Speciific means just that - specific
Before any work starts, it’s a legal requirement under OHS/WHS law to complete a site-specific risk assessment—especially when high-risk work is involved.
That means no recycling last year’s paperwork. No generic templates. If there’s an incident, your SWMS or JSA is the first thing WorkSafe, an insurer, or a lawyer will ask to see. If it’s not tailored to the job at hand, you’re already on the back foot.
Beaspoke Safety works with you to:
We don't just hand you a template—we support you to get it right, with the right people involved, and the right level of detail.
Note: A SWMS and JSA are similar, but a SWMS is required by law for high-risk construction work. You can continue using JSA formats if they meet all the criteria of a compliant SWMS.
